Recruitment Consultant - German Speakers London £25,000 - £45,000 (1st Year earnings) Recruitment Consultant - German Speakers Due to a recent period of growth, this company is looking for successful applicants to begin immediately. We represent the leading recruitment specialist in the energy sector in the UK and are looking to expand further in order to maintain this. In response to the opening of a new office in Frankfurt, the company is seeking German speaking candidates to be based in the London office. In addition to working in a successful environment with like-minded young professionals the company also offers a highly competitive salary and commission structure as well as regular incentives such as: £25,000 basic salary uncapped commission Quarterly rewards for meeting targets Lunch clubs 2 Team holidays per year, all paid for Company Phone Flexi working hours, with remote working options 4PM finish on a Friday 12-week training programme and clearly defined progression tracks. The ideal candidate will be: Resilient Competitive Motivated Target driven Fluent German Speaker Preferably degree educated or previous sales experience The role: ·Monthly coaching from an in-house training expert. ·Market research to identify strong candidates in line with client requirements. ·Pre-screen candidates on the phone and in person. ·Understanding the needs of both clients and candidates. ·Setting candidates up with interviews with clients. ·Prepping candidates for interviews. ·Managing the interview process. ·Networking to build the company and your own personal business & brand.
