We are seeking to appoint a creative and qualified individual to teach CIPD and be a second marker/IV for assignment work. As a Lecturer within the Business & Management department, you will work as a member of a team to deliver co-ordinated, integrated learning programmes; ensuring learners receive a high quality learning experience and strive to maintain above average success rates in all areas. You will be expected to use innovation within your teaching and assessing, utilising e-learning opportunities where appropriate. Ideal candidates will: • have up to date knowledge and/or a background in Human Resources. • hold a relevant Human Resources qualification at Level 7. • it would be beneficial to be familiar with the Level 3 to Level 7 qualifications. • have proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners. • be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and high quality delivery and assessment.
