Overview
Development Manager - £70k to £80k per annum plus package - Bedfordshire A successful services provider are seeking a Development Manager to join their team. The role will consist of undertaking and testing feasibility proposals, appraisals and scheme optimisation, providing support on land acquisition agreements, along with the Development Management duties of liaising with stakeholder organisations, operating as client representative from inception to completion, procurement and management of teams of consultants and stakeholders, ensure detailed handover of preconstruction and construction documents, etc. Company Information Our client are an industry leading services provider. The department covers everything from refurbishment to repairs and regeneration, both maintenance and housing development, joint ventures, care homes and more. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role you must; Have extensive experience as a Development Manager or comparable Have extensive experience of the real estate development, technical, legal & reporting processes, scheme appraisals and planning Be able to demonstrate longevity of service Duration This is a permanent role.
