Recruitment Resourcer A graduate career position - based in Fareham, near Portsmouth About Us Blueprint Recruitment is an exciting professional recruitment company based on the Cams Hall Estate at Fareham, near Portsmouth. We have achieved exceptional growth and we are now looking to hire additional Graduates to join our team of Resourcers. The position We are looking for graduates who want a career position where they can be trained as a candidate focussed Recruitment Resourcer. The work centres upon finding candidates for jobs and providing excellent customer service through telephone work. You will be building relationships and matching candidates to vacancies, as well as arranging for them to attend interviews. About you Ideally you will be a university graduate. You do not need a specific university degree but you should have a competitive personality and will be looking for a graduate job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses on top of your salary. You will also be determined, ambitious and proactive. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers and you will have an excellent telephone manner. Full recruitment training is provided. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will receive commission and bonuses related to targets and performance.
