Overview

Education Key Account Manager Your new company Hays, the UK's market leading recruitment company are seeking to recruit a career and reward driven individual to join their Education team. Due to market growth we are looking for exceptional individuals to join the regions number one team. You will become an expert within the Education sector through our dedicated training platform and full support of the Education Manager. Your new role Whilst working within Education you will be specialising your support to local schools where you will be managing existing client relationships whilst also securing new business. You will work within a service delivery team ensuring we source candidates and match them to suitable roles based on experience and age group preference. What you'll need to succeed You will be passionate about people and supporting within the Education sector and empathetic to the needs of those you work with. You will be a determined individual who is driven by success. It is important that you are ambitious, sales driven, and thrive in a corporate sales environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to deal credibly with your clients and candidates and have a thirst for knowledge to develop your expertise in your specialist area.
