Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division £23,000 - £28,000 City PRIMARY OBJECTIVE To maximise permanent placement revenues through the effective management of every business transaction reflecting Morgan Spencer as a quality company. SECONDARY OBJECTIVES Sales -To maximise sales and permanent Gross Profit through programmed Sales and marketing activity. Recruitment -To effectively control applicant recruitment, screening, interviewing and registering of relevant applicants in order to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients. Service -To ensure client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive quality service. Applicant Care –To manage the expectations of applicants and effectively match their career goals, as well as offer career guidance and advice as needed. Division -To ensure your desk is operating efficiently, complying with all relevant legislation, in-house processes and operating to Morgan Spencer company standards. Business Planning –Effective time planning to achieve revenue targets, analysis of figures/trends in performance and delivery of minimum Key Performance Indicators. THE ROLE: Sales - To follow our sales & marketing strategy involving new client development plans, customer service reviews as well as tracking, monitoring and review procedures. - To identify Agency Users demonstrating a thorough understanding of the market within which the company operates as well as exploring other opportunities that may present themselves. To build relationships with both existing and prospective clients through regular, programmed contact. - To attend sales visits and make presentations for volume business. Recruitment/Advertising - To effectively manage and control advertising response to ensure we get the best results and screen and recruit the best candidates. - To understand the labour market and client’s recruitment needs (existing and future). Service - To manage the ongoing servicing and development of client accounts, ensuring you are obtaining full job descriptions, person specifications, matching client and applicants’ needs and skills, maintaining customer satisfaction. - To ensure payment terms and rebate scheme are agreed, and appropriate credit information is obtained prior to servicing new client needs. - To attend regular service visits. Applicant Care - To ensure applicants are matched in line with their career goals, requirements and expectations and individual potential. - To respond to applicant requests for career advice. - To understand, communicate and ensure compliance with our legal obligations, company policy and expectations. - To ensure your activity and financial reporting information is accurate and timely. Financial Analysis and Planning Required - Preparation of weekly figures. - Monthly Monitoring and Analysis of Financial results. - Follow through on Desk Business Plan THE PERSON: - Must have at least 1 years’ experience working as a Recruitment Consultant - Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office - Excellent team player as well as able to work on own initiative - Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels - Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines - Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic - Strong and accurate attention to detail Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
