Overview
Sales Training Manager – Municipal Equipment Manufacturer – National Do you have experience of spearheading sales training for a product based orgainsation? Have you had prior exposure to providing sales training to a multitude of internal stakeholders where commercial focus isn’t always the prime driver? Do you want to work for a market leading product manufacturer? Our client is a leading global manufacturer of municipal vehicles with a global turnover in the region of £400M. The business is currently moving through an expansion process due to recent absorption into a large international group. As part of this growth, they have looked to restructure several departments and are now looking to hire a Sales Training Manager to upskill a range of customer facing staff and build commercial awareness across the UK operation. This role will be key in bolstering the organisations already leading market reputation and play a key role in driving cultural change across the business. This is a brand-new role that has been created in order to facilitate cultural change and building of commercial awareness across all customer facing employees. Responsibilities will include; - Build and delivery of commercial training to various internal stakeholders - Liaison with management to understand organisational problems - Building of relationships with key internal stakeholders - Review and development of existing commercial training strategy This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and highly reputable business in a key role, laying the foundations for further business growth. The successful candidate will have prior experience of working in a B2B environment. You will have worked previously as a Sales Manager, Training Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Head of Customer Services, Customer Strategy Manager or similar.
