What you will be doing As a team leader you will manage, motivate and support a team of advisors delivering an exceptional customer experience and sales targets. Develop and maintain high levels of team member motivation and morale Lead by example, be approachable and demonstrate a 'can-do’ attitude Monitor and manage a team and individual performance Mentoring new team members Work towards targets and making sure the team are on target Email company information when required The experience you’ll bring to the team Experience of working in a contact centre environment Team leader experience would be desirable Excellent telephone manner Good listening and verbal communication skills And this is what you’ll get in return Up to £20,800 OTE Salary bonus scheme 28 days holiday Development & progression Subsidised parking Are you up to the challenge?
