Overview
A ground-breaking recruitment software company has a vacancy for a bright and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use consultative sales techniques to win clients and nurture relationships long term, in a role that has brilliant earning potential and opportunities for international travel. The vacancy is within a first-to-market software business that has developed a unique engagement platform for the recruitment industry. They are looking to pay up to £33,000 to get experienced, successful consultants on board, and offer one of the best commission structures on the marketing - with 20% comms on all new business and an expectation to have developed recurring monthly revenue of £20k within 12 months, the realistic yearly earnings for the role are £80k. There's also 10% bonus on all renewals, which you'd take care of yourself. The company culture is relaxed and supportive, with the sales manager encouraging the sales team to use their own style to win clients. Business Development Executive role: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the service to decision makers Responding to inbound leads to convert into customers Carry out consultations and online demonstrations to sell the features and benefits of the software package Provide accurate information to the client to ensure they know all the features of the products and are given the highest level of customer care Secure client commitment using objection handling and closing skills Work towards set targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline Business Development Executive profile: Previous experience in a target-driven, B2B sales environment is essential Candidates with experience in positions such as Recruitment Consultant, New Business Consultant, Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Executive or Business Development Manager are encouraged to apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of managing a pipeline of customers Confidence, ambition and desire to succeed Business Development Executive Package & Benefits: Up to £33,000 Basic salary Uncapped commission structure with a £55-60k OTE 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays Regularly staff incentives and social events If you are experienced in sales or recruitment and want to take on the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding company and progress your career, we would like to hear from you.
