Overview
About the role: Responsible for generating profitable sales through maintaining and developing existing customer base, seeking and growing new customers and increasing marketing share. The position is critical for driving territory growth. Must have the ability to communicate at all levels. Responsibilities: Sales (70%) Achieve monthly/quarterly sales forecast by completing regular and effective sales calls to all Distribution and Hire customers. Visit end customers to "back sell" to dealers. Introduce of the full product line to both potential and existing customers. Responsible for market awareness regarding competitors in their territory. Create strategies to gain market share. Continuously develop Customer Focus Selling (CFS) skills. After Sales (20% total) Provide technical support and training to customers as needed. Nurture relationships as business partners with both internal and external customers. Monitor consistence of equipment performance. Address customer issues in a timely manner. Administration (10% total) Responsible for CRM Usage. Keep all paperwork current and up-to-date including expense reports, car stock. Communicate with various internal departments as necessary. Key Skills/Experience Required: Self-reliance and self-management. Use professional selling skills to gain new customers and takes initiative to provide all customers with clear plans and goals. Have clear vision of the future of the territory and create a plan on how the goal will be achieved. Understanding of the market share in that territory. Respond quickly and work at faster pace than normal, while getting results. Knowledge of and effective use of Customer Focused Selling Skills (CFS). Knowledge of and effective use of Call Reporting Management System (CRM). Product and market knowledge. About the company: Premium brand and market leader within the tool hire industry.
