Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, people orientated, national construction business. This is a brand new role based in Nottinghamshire, covering the North Midlands and has been created due to business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and guiding the existing sales team whilst developing relationships with key stakeholders. Sales Manager responsibilities will include;: - Responsible for developing and implementing a weekly sales report - Play an integral part in the preparation of sales training for Sales Administrators and Sales Negotiators - Build relationships with external stakeholders - Responsible for improving and maintaining overall sales performance - Work collaboratively with the internal sales teams on site - Liaise with the marketing teams regarding event information and advertising campaigns To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Proven experience of working within the house build market (Essential) - Track record of exceeding set sales targets - Experience in sales management - Commercially astute - Able to travel - Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities - Able to work to tight deadlines and targets If you want to discuss this position in more detail, please call Rachel Littlewood at Elevation Recruitment Group on .
