CSG Talent have partnered with a rapidly growing organisation in the lubricant market who, due to decent increasing growth trends are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to covering South West territory. The client is known for their high-quality branded products throughout the UK, and their high levels of customer satisfaction, as Business Development Manager you will be responsible for continuing the rapid phase of growth the organisation is experiencing. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of sales experience in the heavy truck market, with great communication and presentation skills, who is experienced in account development and growth planning. Ability to be able to hit the ground running with little support from the sales director to accomplish set objectives and KPI's. In the role you will be expected to develop and maintaining new and existing accounts in assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual objectives. You will be responsible for travelling majority of the time to visit and meet with customers and you will be measured on hitting financial targets, profit made on your accounts and target, the overall growth you achieve as well as the volume and the quality of the new customers.
