Salary- £20k plus bonus OTE of £23,600 Hours- 8.30am-5.00pm Holiday- 20 days plus Bank Holidays The Job Role My client is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be growing and developing new and lapsed accounts within their portfolio, deal with customer issues/queries for product and ensure their needs are dealt with promptly and efficiently and study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and constantly review customer trends with a view to identifying ways to increase sales. Key Skills Excellent telephone/customer service skills Meticulous with strong attention to detail Shows a genuine interest in their career and progression pattern Confident and enthusiastic manner Eager to learn Understanding of X3 although training will be provided Good numeracy and computer skills Telesales or customer service experience ideal but not necessary as training is provide If this sounds like a role you would be interested in please contact our office on .
