The area of Veterinary Nursing within Animal Management has grown in success and size over the last five years and new & exciting developments have not only resulted in an increase in learner numbers but also have attracted more veterinary care providers to our 50-strong portfolio of practices. We are currently looking to appoint a Lecturer / Course Manager to join our Veterinary Nursing team to provide maternity cover for a fixed-term period. We are looking for an exceptional, well organised individual to join our growing vet nursing team as a course manager and lecturer covering maternity. You will also implement quality assurance processes and develop new curriculum content that keeps us at the forefront of this evolving arena. The ideal candidate will be a registered veterinary nurse and should hold formal qualifications in the subject area. Good team working and communication skills are key attributes within this dynamic team. A teaching qualification is not essential, although desirable, as training will be offered in post. Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. Closing Date: Midnight on 8 April 2020
