Then this could be the role for you Our client is a fast-growing international property investment consultancy with a well-established world-wide client base. Working within their highly successful Manchester sales team, you will be responsible for selling high end properties both off plan and on site and will manage the sales process from start to finish. You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors in the UK and abroad, therefore will need to adapt your pitch tailoring it to each individual client’s needs. This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation, who offer exceptional training, and a competitive commission package along with a clear path to career progression. We are looking for an exceptional salesperson, with experience within a customer facing role who can develop existing client relationships as well as generate new business. To be considered for this role, you must be highly professional, with the ability to work under pressure and be driven to succeed in a highly competitive market. We are looking for an exceptional salesperson, who is able to develop existing client relationships whilst continually generating new business. You should be confident in selling over the phone and many clients are international, so you must be able to overcome cultural differences and tailor your pitch to suit many nationalities. For UK based investors, you may be required to meet with clients on site, carry out viewings and present your sales pitch face to face.
