Estates Building Surveying job, Client Side Vacancy, Central London, Managing Listed Buildings, £60,000 Your new company An Honourable Society, with an incredibly rich history, are looking to hire an experienced Building Surveyor to help manage their portfolio. This is comprised of prestigious listed properties from barristers' chambers, commercial premises, high-end residential flats and educational properties. Your new role You will carry out the development and strategic implantation of cyclical maintenance, refurbishment work and improvements across the estate. You will also prepare annual budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety and other statutory requirements. What you'll need to succeed Essential: MRICS You will have experience providing sound technical advice on the maintenance of commercial and residential buildings. As the Estate is within a Conservation area, experience with Grade I and II Listed Buildings would be advantageous.
