Overview
A London based client is looking for a Chartered Estates Surveyor to join their commercial and corporate property portfolio covering a greater London remit. You will be dealing with day to day property management in order to maximise opportunities by undertaking: Landlord and tenant Asset valuations Rent reviews and lease renewals This is likely to be a rolling contract. Ideally you will be/have: MRICS 5 year's PQE in estate management or a similar degree A valid driving license
