Position - Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing business as well as sourcing, headhunting and attracting potential candidates and matching them to your clients' vacancies. The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will need to learn, understand and match their candidate and clients requirements and manage the recruitment process from interview to offer.
