Overview
Due to expansion, a well established and reputable IT Solutions provider seek a new business orientated New Business Development Manager to open new business for their range of Data Storage, Security and Protection Services. The Role In the role of New Business Development Manager you will be sourcing new business opportunities and provide a solution to meet the data needs of the client, whether that is security, storage or software. Key tasks include: Consulting with Commercial, Financial and IT Directors about their business needs in relation to IT Data Proposing solutions from £100k to £1.6m and managing the entire sales process throughout. Sourcing new opportunities both directly as well as following up on all 3rd party leads Assist in the provision of marketing materials to increase customer awareness Cover the whole of the UK - making and attending appointments The Person The New Business Development Manager must have sold solutions in the past and will have a fantastic grounding in sales. Ideally this will be in the Technology sector and some knowledge of the IBM Channel would be perfect, but more importantly we need someone who is hungry for success and driven to make things happen. The Rewards This New Busienss Development Manager role comes with a basic salary of between £40k and £50k. There is a car allowance of £500 pcm There is a pension scheme The OTE is open ended - but realistically £100k Potential future share options and management opportunities The Company The company have been around since 2008, and are IBM Certified.
