Overview
Team Leader Rotherham £20,000 - £25,000 basic , Bonus potential £3,000 a year, Pension, Free Parking, 33 Days Holiday increasing 1 day each year of service to a maximum of 5 extra days. You will be working for a business established in 2011 which have grown to now employ over 112 people. The business has further plans to grow and offer the right person the chance of progression. Working for a business that is relaxed in their approach but understands how to reward the employees. Having already recruited 2 New Mamber of the team they are now looking for a 3rd Person to join their expanding business. This role is reporting to the Head of Sales. You will be looking after 10 advisors and have a competitive approach to business targets. The business has a high conversion rate to all sales activity and customers calls. Key Accountabilities Proven experience in a Team Leader/Manager or similar type role essential. Enthusiastic, engaging and passionate, proactive and a real team player The ability to engage, support and guide individuals or teams of people Experience in delivering feedback and coaching in relation to call quality and professionalism Abel to handle escalation calls and customer complaints to deliver the best outcome Has a real passion for developing people and skills An ability to lead from the front and be involved. Able to prioritise tasks according to urgency vs importance Motivating, engaging and inspiring your team to give their best, providing guidance and help where needed. Supporting your team to have the best conversations with customers. Demonstrating a proven ability to motivate, empower, coach and develop people. A track record of creating an upbeat Sales Culture. Placing employee and customer engagement and satisfaction at the forefront of the role. Have a real passion and ambition in delivering and exceeding business objectives through great customer conversations. Hours of work Candidate must be flexible with working hours and be able to work between 3 Shift patterns between the hours 8.30am - 8.30pm Monday - Sunday Sales Support is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
