Overview
Clinical Engagement Manager Consult Search & Selection are proud to be partnered with a leading provider of private healthcare in their search for a Client Engagement Manager. You will spend the majority of your time in the role engaging with key clinicians (surgeons, consultants etc.) and forging/maintaining lasting relationships, with the aim of increasing referrals to our client’s specialist team. Your key working relationships: The Referrer Engagement Manager will need to develop strong relationships with the following parties: Centre Management Clinical Leadership Team Business Development Team Referring specialists (surgeons, medical oncologists, physicians, GPs) Other Clinical Staff (e.g. Physics, radiographers) Local advocacy group, government and community stakeholders Experience and Skills: Proven success in sales and / or direct engagement role ideally in a hospital environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence, negotiate and present at all levels in the organization, both by written reports and oral communication Strong analytical and strategic abilities with understanding and experience in demonstrating how CRM- driven approaches deliver outcomes Proven ability to build consultant level peer-to-peer relationships with clinicians and other healthcare professionals, particularly with surgeons and medical oncologists would be an advantage High levels of self-motivation and resilience Qualifications and Knowledge: Qualifications health related or business field is highly regarded Experience in communication or marketing in relevant area Strong existing relationships and knowledge of Regional Clinicians, GPs, NHS and Private Hospital management Great selling, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills to succeed in delivering results from relationships with customers Deep understanding of the oncology environment including an ability to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive optimal outcomes for stakeholders Personal attributes Strong communicator who builds rapport easily Good analytical skills Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Team Player Commercially driven Attention to detail This position is advertised on an urgent basis, please do not delay in making an application to avoid disappointment - should you not have a CV readily available, then please contact Lauren Wilkinson for a confidential discussion.
