Overview

A new position has arisen for an experienced Business Development /Telesales Executive to work for a company in Halesowen. My client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, go-getter, with a confident, friendly telephone manner. You will be required to contact site mangers on construction sites, to offer a cost effective solution for on-site skip hire. This position will lead to a permanent role after a 12 week trial, working 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. The Job Role To work through B2B contacts, generating new business by making outbound calls, selling from a portfolio. To maximise the data provided. Generating new leads Contacting existing clients Sending out quotations Continue to build client database with lead generation To generate new business in line with set targets. To consistently maintain company Telephone standards. To maintain the database and keep all information up to date. Experience / Requirements Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is essential Ability to identify opportunities to call outside of the database Strong communication skills, and not afraid of the phone Admin skills such as Microsoft, email, etc. Target/commission Driven
