Human Resources Business Partner Halesowen| £45,000 My Client A renowned global engineering parts specialist, providing a complete solution for its customers Worldwide. The Opportunity A great opportunity for a HRPB to take full responsibility and ownership for the company’s HR Strategic Plan. The ideal candidate will be heavily HR focused, supporting the COO and the senior leadership team delivering people related activities and integrate with business groups to help craft together programs and policies. Skills/ Experience Delivery of strategic objectives for business and functional leaders Supporting your client base with day to day solution driven support and guidance Providing policy guidance, interpretation on everything from business unit restructures to workforce and organisation planning Provide coaching on performance management discussions, ER, disciplinary, promotions, transfer and termination across your business units Analyse trends, metrics and data in partnership with the International HR team Stay up to date on Legal requirements across the day to day operational issues, reducing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance Help deliver with change management projects Support the business with any HR related disputes Support leadership with generalist HR related matters End to end regional recruitment Manage TUPE process within the business Be involved in companywide HR projects Propose and support best practice Support the business with HSE, succession planning, return to work policy in line with Equality Act and induction and new starter process Essential: Ability to identify, coordinate and deliver training needs across the Group Recognised CIPD Certification Proficient in IT Software packages - MS Office Minimum 2 years of HR/Training role or Operational Management environment at a supervisory or management level Regional HR experience Technical background knowledge or experience Project management skills desirable In Return A company that invests in its employees through continuous development opportunities.
