Overview
Working for a business that offers bespoke packaging to all over the world - to the biggest household names in the market. As the account manager at this company, you'll be taking on established clients, that require your focus to help support and grow the accounts. Requirements You will be - Service existing customers orders and search for new sales opportunities Create, maintain and update CRM database with customers account information. Ensure timely follow-up of all customer fulfilment issues. Provide Holiday Cover back-up on accounts when Sales Reps are on vacation Monitor competitors' products or services and upward report observed market-place trends Report on a weekly basis to the Commercial Director. Assist and support other colleagues with handling customer needs, when required. Assist with Sales Support task such as pre-qualifying sales leads You, your background - Key here is that you have worked in a similar role of Account manager of businesses supplying a product/service. From a technical-minded background, you don't need a degree, just understand Chemicals/Engineering/manufacturing packaging Proactive mindset, and they want to grow a career, in a fast-growing company.
