Overview
Job title – Sales Support Executive Location – Bedford Salary – £16,000 to £17,500 Contract – Permanent, full time Our client is a sustainable occasion wear brand specialising in Graduation, Legal and Church/Choir Wear. Supplying five major UK university contracts alongside roughly 20 college contracts, they are a growing business who are looking to expand further over the coming months both in the e-commerce and the university contract markets. Selling globally, our clients product range is sold through Amazon, Amazon FBA, eBay and Etsy alongside their own Shopify store. To help the company grow in the future, plans are in place to expand into further international marketplaces and also expand the product range to increase sales globally. Due to these growth plans, our client is now looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join their growing team. Key responsibilities will include; Answer and deal with incoming customer enquires Order processing (including customer liaison by phone, email and face to face) Responsibility for driving online and phone sales Stay up to date with and have the ability to provide information about products and services Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained Assisting with upload of new products and collections to the website This is a varied role and an exciting time to join a fast-growing area of our business.
