Overview
Recruitment Consultant / Part Time Basingstoke £20,000 to £25,000 Pro Rata 1-1 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has local knowledge of the Basingstoke work market to join the existing commercial recruitment team. We are ideally seeking a Recruitment Consultant who can work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to compliment some of our other part time staff schedules. You would be joining a team who really love what they do, we have a fun working environment with a strong work ethic and always strive to be the best. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: - Account Management of existing client base - Business Development of new clients - Source relevant CV's against live vacancies - Qualifying applicants with phone calls / registration interviews - Coach candidates with CV and interview preparation - Prepare adverts and post to job boards and websites - Proactively seek candidates for future roles - Keep all files and databases up to date - Ensure compliance with all legislation GDPR & AWR - Attend client visits, both new business and ‘servicing’ Ideally you will have previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant within the Basingstoke area.
