Overview
Estates Surveyor - 6 Months - Manchester - Council - £37 p/h Vivid are working on behalf of a council in Manchester who are looking for a Valuation Surveyor, you will be focusing on creating Valuation reports and Home Buyer Reports. You will be passionate about property and valuations and able to successfully promote the company and the local market. As you will be conducting valuations, an approachable manner is imperative. What you'll need to succeed. In order to succeed you will be; MRICS or AssocRICS Registered with the Valuation Office (RICS) and able to carry out Red Book Valuations Minimum of 2 years working within a similar role with large amounts of anonymity whilst producing high results. An understanding of the South Manchester area and property market. Have a keen eye for detail and understand the necessity of producing high quality work Be driven and determined to succeed as a Valuer.
