Facilities Operative Jobs in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a public sector organisation who prides themselves in delivering excellence. Your new role You will be working as part of the Estates and Facilities team to provide operational support on site to ensure that the company's objectives and aims are achieved. Your key responsibilities will include: Implement and ensure all service level agreements and KPIs closely monitored and adhered to. Liaising with all external and internal contractors in a professional manner to ensure the timely delivery of services. Developing and implementing policies in relation to legislation and Health & Safety requirements. Ensuring all daily activities are carried out in line with company policies. What you'll need to succeed Significant experience in building repairs and maintenance IOSH Relationship management skills Technical knowledge of building construction services.
