Our multi franchise main dealer client in Basingstoke is looking for a new LDBM to join their already successful team They are offering generous package with a realistic OTE of £45,000 If you are a dedicated and hard working Business Development Manager wanting to be part of a thriving dealership then this could be the opportunity for you The role Carry out marketing and sales activities to promote the brand and develop sales to local business customers along with personal contract hire opportunities Travelling to businesses in order to build local relationships and generate business. Maximising Opportunities: Through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and Internet enquiries you will be developing Customer Relationships through qualification and creating an effective on-going impression. Maximising Profit: By following the sales process and achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products Develop and implement a structured sales plan for your site to achieve the agreed site activity and sales targets Maintain the sites’ structured database using agreed systems to provide regular, systematic reports showing activity, contacts, communications, sales progress, sales analysis and potential areas for sales, profit and lost opportunities Own the objective number at site and ensure that the retail sales teams are coached to help achieve the objective number Forecasting – reporting Business Objective numbers accurately on a daily basis The Candidate Business to Business sales experience preferably from within the motor industry Communicate with potential customers at both entry and senior level to ensure all offers and customer potentials are exploited accordingly Be able to quickly build rapport with new and existing points of contact Liaise with customers regularly to build relationships and maintain levels of customer satisfaction A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed Exceptional customer service skills Full valid driving licence Excellent listening, negotiation and communication skills Proficient at generating sustainable leads and appointments If you believe you are the Service Advisor to fill this exciting opportunity, then apply now We always aim to respond to your application within 48 hours, However due to the volume of applications we receive, if you haven't heard from us within 4 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
