Your New Company C4S Search are pleased to be working with a market leading aerospace company that maintains a unique capability for systems engineering and integration and specializes in systems for commercial and military applications. Our client is now looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with an accomplished track record in Aerospace / Marine / Defence for a Global Tier 1 Supplier to drive business success. The Role As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for: New lead generation , proactively marketing to target customers. Reporting market analysis with focus on emerging projects, competition, tech and partnerships. Maintaining customer care and relationships for existing accounts and growing the customer contact base. Budget planning, forecasting of annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals. Utilise successful experience to support large bespoke orders, multinational customers and their supply chains. Manage customer account sales and supporting the sales office with customer service actions. What You’ll Need to Succeed As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be: Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally regularly and at short notice. Excellent written and verbal communications with proven ability to create and present sales strategies,market analysis and required reporting. Professional and highly driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. From an aerospace engineering background (ideally) with a focus on Sales or Business Administration. Fluent in English, with fluency in Italian, French, and / or German desirable. UK / European driving licence is essential.
