The business has now grown to the point we require a new member to join the team. We're looking to add an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to support the planned growth within the that sector. Whether your an experienced Industrial Consultant looking to head up our new department or an aspiring star of the future, we want to hear from you. This role is a full 360 role and requires drive and enthusiasm, together with excellent SALES skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels using your own initiative and experienced support. This is a new department and requires huge amounts of hard work, persistence and determination. If you don't have those qualities in abundance, please don't apply Main duties will include: •Responsible for generation of both temporary and permanent revenues •New business development through cold calling, company visits and networking •Managing and growing existing Industrial plan •Interviewing, referencing and registering Industrial temporary and permanent candidates •Ensuring all registered candidates are fully compliant and all company procedures are adhered to at all times •Delivering first class customer service to ensure future business growth •Always going the extra mile to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved •Working on your own initiative and also providing support to the team •Effectively dealing with any client or candidate queries or issues Skills Required Sales experience Cold calling IT Literate Business Closer Hard worker Key Words Industrial Recruitment Sales Cold calling Hard worker Driven Keywords Sales experience Cold calling IT Literate Business Closer Hard worker Key Words Industrial Recruitment Sales Cold calling Hard worker Driven
