If so we have the perfect opportunity for you We are working alongside a fantastic growing organisation based in Ipswich to recruit Administrators for two important areas of their business. These positions will involve a mix of client interaction and administration support. The Role; Assistant Administrator. Your role will be working across either the Property or Operations teams, providing administrative duties with great communication and ability to manage a busy work load. Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers via telephone and email in a polite and professional manner • Respond to customer questions and queries • Complete customer based information and make sure customer records are fully up to date • Respond to compliance queries within the department Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications: • Strong administration skills • Ability to work in a professional office environment • Sound IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent at grades A-C) including English and Maths Our client offer a vibrant office environment, the opportunity to obtain qualifications, a bonus scheme and early finish on a Friday.
