Overview

A leading provider of technology solutions to the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sectors is looking for a new business focused Sales Consultant. A Business Development Manager will join this leading solutions provider to help prospects deliver Digital Transformation projects that will increase customer engagement and improve the customer journey experience. This award-winning organisation provides creative led solutions which are a blend of professional services, hardware and software. Their client list includes many Blue Chip and High Street names. The business is well established and advancing into the next stage of their exciting growth following a major injection of funding. They are looking to add a Business Development Manager to the sales team to target Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retailers plus Hospitality and Leisure operators with 50 sites. This is a genuine solution sales role, engaging at C Level to help organisations transform their business model with cutting edge solutions. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience selling technology solutions into Retail, Leisure and Hospitality chains. You must be able to demonstrate consistent achievement with a consultative sales process involving multiple stages, influencers and decision makers. Head Office is in North West England and working from home is possible for candidates based further afield. Obviously, there will be a lot of travel to Head Office sites of Retailers, Leisure chains and Hospitality chains. Basic salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £70,000 to £90,000. A car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme. Once established, earning £100k per year with this organisation is expected. Equity options may also be possible for major contributions.
