Overview

The Regulatory Finance Analyst role will require the candidate to regulate price controls through the ownership of models. The role will also require the candidate to support the delivery of projects and conduct analysis, partner with stakeholders and produce reports. Client Details Our client is a growing organisation based in the City of London. The role will require the candidate to join the Regulatory Finance team. This team maintains the price control processes through its ownership of the price control financial model. Description The main responsibilities of the Regulatory Finance Analyst role will be to: Support the development, maintenance and use of financial models to best practice standards Support, when required, the delivery of projects Contribute to the implementation and monitoring price control Work with financial data reflecting the performance of companies Support analysis of proposed investments Development of models and processes to help streamline and improve the quality of the companies analysis Delivery of analysis for internal and external audiences Partner with internal and external stakeholders Deliver results to internal and external stakeholders Profile To be successful the candidate must possess the following experience: Part qualified/ Finalist level accountant Self-driven with ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision Demonstrable expertise in financial modelling in a regulatory, corporate or project finance context Familiarity with financial, economic and accounting measures, including net present value concepts, and economic depreciation Knowledge of data management and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Offer The Regulatory Finance Analyst role will offer the candidate a career path, a competitive salary package and full study support.
