Duties & Personal Specification: You will be responsible for delivery of the most suitable and qualified candidates for your client's requirements Will be career driven Hardworking individual with at least 1 years demonstrated successful track record in Recruitment Self-starter Strong work ethic and positive attitude Target driven Motivated and clear drive to be successful Fluent English A second language would be an advantage but not essential Pay: The basic salary for this position is negotiable up to £28k (£40-50k OTE), depending on experience along with an uncapped commission structure designed to reward overachievers. We also have numerous regular monthly and quarterly incentives based on individual and team performance.
