Labels Business Development Manager Location: Must be willing to travel in the UK Salary: £DOE bonus car laptop phone usual The Company: Label Manufacturing company Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Description of the Labels Business Development Manager: We are looking to recruit a Sales professional for our UK organization, who will be responsible for developing sales with companies primarily in the label packaging industry The successful candidate will represent a wide portfolio of labelling packaging solutions printed up to 8 colours This position has a clear path to directorship within the business for the right individual Labels Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and developing existing customers New business development Identifying and mapping customers' labelling needs Maintaining and developing sales pipeline Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts, and managing sales price adjustments Increasing market awareness of the Group's total product portfolio Planning budgets, sales volume, values, product mix and time scales An independent position in a territory with high growth potential A varied and versatile role, liaising with key industry players Labels Business Development Person Profile: Proven track record in the packaging industry with experience in the print, coating, flexible film markets Beneficial if one has labelling experience however candidates from all packaging backgrounds are accepted Proven results in business development and managing accounts Excellent project management skills Technical background, combined with commercial mindset Solid written and oral communication skills Self-driven, enthusiastic and result-oriented, with attention to detail Strong communication skills Shows initiative and demonstrates dynamic thinking A flexible and empathic attitude Business Development Manager Salary: Good salary depending on experience with annual achievement bonus, Company Car, Company pension, private healthcare in director role, laptop & more If you feel you have the right skill set and attributes for this role and that it's the challenge you are looking for, please apply
