Hastings Direct - Team Leader (Evenings & Weekends) Hastings Direct is a FTSE 250 PLC with 2.8 million customers and we are still continuing to grow. We are currently looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our growing site in Leicester to support in creating an engaging and rewarding working environment. You will be covering our Evening and Weekend hours on a full time basis. The Role Be an experienced team leader responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of retention specialists Accountable for retaining £2.5 million income annually within your team Spend 50% of your time coaching your team to drive great commercial and customer outcomes in a regulated environment Motivating your team to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly stretch KPIs across a balanced scorecard Champion first call resolution for our customers including resolving escalated complaints Developing your team, creating an engaging culture and nurturing talent Daily management of your team including performance management Sharing best practices and supporting peers This list is neither exclusive nor exhaustive and there may be other duties, within the remit of this position, required of the job holder from time to time.
