Partnership Manager required to join the Sales & Business development Team of a hugely successful company in West Cheshire? My client who are a successful, fast growing travel company are looking for a dynamic individual who has a successful track record of growing their portfolio to join the growing partnerships team. You will be customer centric and know what it means to provide top-quality service having made a career out of building solid relationships whilst capitalising on revenue opportunities. We are looking for a tenacious individual who can help drive forward the next phase of ambitious growth plans For you hard work you will be rewarded with an attractive salary along with an array of benefits including company bonus scheme, flexible holiday policy, onsite gym and a comprehensive health and well-being programme my clients aim is to be the employer of choice What you'll be doing: - Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure a competitive advantage, after developing a thorough understanding of key customers needs - Maximise sales and manage market share from within your portfolio by identifying any business that the group isn't getting - Be able to explain brand story and ethos to sell products and services - maintain accurate and comprehensive records on clients and sales activities within the inhouse CRM system - Prepare and deliver presentations to your portfolio - Profit and loss reporting Your Experience: We are looking for an energetic and tenacious individual who has an excellent understanding of the travel industry, already working within a similar role would be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sales and have effective communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. What's in it for you?
