THIS POSITION IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO BRISTOL TEMPLE MEADS TRAIN STATION WHEN LOCK DOWN IS OVER - IN THE MEANTIME IT'S REMOTE AND IF YOU DO WELL, IT CAN ALWAYS BE REMOTE Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor Home based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor. An energetic Bristol based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate people to join the team. Due to a slow down in face to face fundraising and now an all out lock down - our call centre fundraising client is doing weekly remote training sessions on Zoom - you will need a smart phone / laptop or tablet to attend training. Once training is complete you will receive delivery of a computer and headset and will be a Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor The training pay, first 2-3 days of online Zoom meeting training money is held back until you complete 120 hours service, there will also be a penalty if you don't give the computer back You have to use their computer to keep people's data and details safe. The computer has all the latest dialling software and call management software, it will feed through calls when they are answered and you will engage members of the public and inspire them to make regular monthly direct debit donations. Working on various campaigns, raising money for some of the world's most important charities, you'll be calling the general public, letting them know about the amazing work and successes of the charities and inspiring them to become supporters and to start making monthly direct debit donations. The role is packed with job satisfaction, a friendly social atmosphere and a great opportunity to make a difference. The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will work five days a week between the hours of 12:00-20:00 Monday to Friday, and some Saturday's 10:30-18:30, with a day off in the week. This role pays £8.35ph, however consistent target achievement will see the rate rise to £9ph with good OTE commission opportunities. Whilst in training the pay rate is £8.21ph (normally first 2 weeks). This all goes up the week after next, when £8.21ph turns into £8.72ph with similar incremental rises when you become level 1 fundraiser, level 2 fundraiser etc As well as individual monthly bonuses fundraisers benefit from further team bonuses. The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will need good communication skills on the phone. The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will benefit from some sort of call handling experience. The Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor will benefit from a passion for charity. The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor will need the ability to work a computer and input information into a computer. The Home Based Charity Fundraiser / Remote Telesales Advisor hourly rate is £8.35ph plus bonus (£720 per month OTE), £8.21ph whilst in training (normally the first 2 weeks), the pay goes up to £8.80ph and then £9.30ph with consistent target achievement.
