Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Job based in Reading Uncapped commission (1st year OTE £22-30k, 2nd year OTE £35-45k) Your new company Hays, the UK’s marketing leading recruitment company, is seeking to recruit a career and reward driven individual as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to progress through our business and become one of our Managers of our future. With Hays, you will progress through our 9-month training programme for Associates and where you will have the opportunity to be promoted regularly, with most reaching Senior Recruitment Consultant level in two years. Due to market growth we are looking for exceptional individuals to join as a Trainee or Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Reading. Your new role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Reading you will manage the end to end recruitment process.Utilising your sales expertise, you will win new clients and nurture existing relationships, source and liaise candidates, advertise current roles and utilise our market leading database to successfully place candidates into the most suitable positions. Due to the high-performance culture at Hays, you will be required to meet monthly KPI’s and targets and you will receive the full support of your Manager to ensure these are achieved. What you'll need to succeed You will be a determined and tenacious individual who is driven by success. It is important that you are ambitious, sales driven, thrive in a corporate sales environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to deal credibly with your clients and candidates and have a thirst for knowledge to develop your expertise in your specialist area.
