Overview
This role is still interviewing during the lock-down via Skype/VC. My client is a leading Interim Management recruitment business who are established as a market leader in their field. A number of their practice areas are exceptionally busy in these difficult times, supporting both public sector organisations such as healthcare and local government, but also in their Retail practice supporting the supermarkets and their supply chains. As a significant proportion of Interim Management work supports Change and Transformation, there is significant demand in these areas. As such they are continuing to interview individuals who have a background in either Interim or Contract recruitment, and in some instances individuals who have a permanent/search background, but would be interested and able to transition across to Interim. The roles my client typically handles are paying day rates between £700-£2000 so it is essential that you have a high degree of credibility and gravitas and are used to dealing with more senior clients and candidates. My client is highly consultative in their approach, and again this will be a factor when considering applicants. Salary on offer is in the range of £50-80k depending on experience with a commission package on top, a £100k-plus OTE is entirely realistic going forward.
