Business Development, Inside Sales, Relationship Building, New business, Account Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Consultative Selling, eLearning, Learning Technologies, Digital Learning, Online & Offline Prospecting I am currently working with an eLearning Consultancy who are looking to expand their sales team by including a new Business Development Manager into the organisation. The company are a prestigious organisation who work with a plethora of companies large and small to assist in the design, development and curation of their learning content. They are a growing company with a strong reputation in the industry and a high level of repeat business. because of this, their sales teams operate in a consultative sales manner to keep contracts, build strong relationships and provide solutions dependant on the clientele's needs at that moment in time. The role requires someone who is very personable in their approach to be able to build upon pre-existing relationships, up-sell in accounts and develop new business. Furthermore, you need to have a strong technical understanding of the learning industry to communicate with clientele effectively around solutions, business needs and be able to showcase how the solution being provided will assist their learning. Utilising the CRM to manage activity is a must as well as being comforatble with bids, proposals and capability presentations.
