We're looking for a Credit Controller Team Leader like you, with a strong leadership style and the ability to communicate with team members and clients alike. What you'll do: Credit Controller Team Leader Our credit control team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent leadership qualities to achieve high engagement and performance. You'll do this by managing performance and supporting your team members to achieve their monthly KPI's. You'll also have strong attention to detail, a keen eye for risk and the ability to spot new business opportunities through your contact with clients and debtors. You'll be comfortable in leading a team of Credit Controllers, ensuring their performance is consistent and their results in line with their KPIs.
