Role: Business Development Manager Location: London Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on current salary / experience) uncapped commission Are you a driven and tenacious new business sales professional? The Company An award winning technology organisation enabling Enterprise organisations to utilise the world of mobility and cloud in staying connected wherever they may be. With over ten years of sales success, they have honed their product offering and sales process to offer a fantastic service to clients. Following on from further growth, they are now looking to onboard a 360 Business Development Manager to carry on their success. The Role As a Business Development Manager you'll be responsible for driving new business revenue opportunities within Enterprise organisations. Leveraging the relationships with these companies and generating new leads you will utilise a consultative sales approach to discover client pain points. You will also focus on mapping existing accounts to uncover any further upsell / cross sell opportunities are explored. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a tenacious, adaptable attitude to build solid professional relationships. The Candidate The ideal candidate has to have proven experience of business development. As an ambitious individual this Business Development Manager will not be phased by new challenges and will thrive in a fast paced environment. • Min 5 years' experience within a technology business • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 advantageous • Proven track record of sales success • Experience in generating leads and closing deals • Able to own and develop working relationships • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management • Motivated by over-achievement • A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed • An entrepreneurial spirit • Competitive and passionate
