You're a Commercial Account Executive and your Director has a new warm lead they need following up on. The only problem being, there's one lead but 7 other Account Executives on your team. Who do they pass the lead to? You can see where this story is going. Anyway, we have an exciting Account Executive opportunity in Ipswich that solves this problem. This is the perfect role to consider should you find cold calling a little repetitive in this Broker saturated industry, let me tell you why Representing a rapidly expanding corporate Broker in Ipswich as a Commercial Account Executive yes you will be accountable for developing your own business, however you will also have a healthy steam of warm leads provided for you to follow up on. All potential commercial clients that would value a visit from you. You will have the opportunity to deal with a mixture of commercial classes of business including construction, commercial property, commercial package, liability, business interruption and engineering amongst many others. Premiums likely up to the £250,000 GWP mark. Building tangible relationships with new clients takes time and investment. If you are working in a high-pressured sales environment, it can be difficult to allocate the time to do this effectively. This is the perfect role if you are a 'customer focused' Broker that likes to build honest relationships not just for the short term but long term too. Your new Broker has a strong UK presence that services clients that pay up to £500,000 GWP for their insurance programmes. Their brand stands tall in the market, just like you do. You're new Line Manager takes pride in being approachable, will lead from the front and will support you to succeed in this role. You'll also benefit from an experienced, qualified broking team who will support you with your clients on a daily basis. In return for your hard work and investment, you will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £60,000 car allowance an attractive commission structure which can offer up to £25,000 in commission. To be considered you must be a well-rounded, commercially aware Account Executive within the commercial insurance industry. You'll enjoy winning new business by speaking with clients face to face and via the telephone and you know how to identify gaps in cover, whilst growing accounts year on year. ACII qualified? Great. If not, no problem this business will support you through your studies and encourage you to develop further within the company. Not based in Ipswich? No problem, this business will speak with ambitious Account Executives further afield i.e. Essex, Norwich and Cambridge. Don't get left behind.
