Overview

Job title: Purpose: Public Sector New Logo Account Manager Location: North West or North Midlands (this role covers North West / Yorkshire) Salary: Negotiable Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in Tier 1 Public Sector Accounts. Build and maintain senior customer relationships. Building new pipeline, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead virtual sales teams to manage customer sales cycle from "Open to Close". Primary point of knowledge and contact for all the company's portfolio of document services. Create demand for the company's services, software and products within nominated accounts. Role Scope & KPIs: Targeting large total contract value for services, software and hardware. UK Public Sector Accounts - Focused on the Health Sector. Coverage expected to be c40 x nominated Public Sector (Health) accounts. Identify and develop pipeline across the company offerings portfolio. Increased penetration / wallet share / signings vs target. Pipeline & Sales Forecast Accuracy. General Primary Responsibilities: Lead Account Business Planning & Strategies. Analysis of many factors, including business trends to prioritise customer opportunities. Utilise sector experience and client knowledge to assess your customer territory. Uncover painpoints (ie industry, business and IT environment) and match the company Service Offerings to deliver value. Build, maintain and grow key client stakeholder relationships at C and D-Level, to offer/execute insights and value delivered by service offerings. Work with sales specialists, digital specialists, solution architects and other SME roles to craft specifically targeted sales campaigns. Lead the development of Proposal / RFP in partnership with Bid teams. Support the development of financial & business case strategies with the client. Generate consistent pipeline for business performance Role Experience & Characteristics Recognized sales and business development professional having sold into the Public Sector is essential. Referenceable examples of winning large services contracts in the Public Sector. Existing C & D Level customer relationships in the Public Sector. Some sales experience of Managed Print Services, Document Services, Software and Solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations Positive "can-do" attitude, always looking for solutions to challenges. Good problem-solving skills and an analytical thinker Strong internal and external influencer and with a Full UK Current Driving License.
