The Company We have been appointed to recruit a senior post for a growing property business with an office in Central Birmingham. The Role The commercial team carries out property management and service charge management on several high-profile developments across the region. Your new role will be focused on delivery of property management across the portfolio. You’ll be: Leading a range of strategic, tactical and operational asset management projects and bids Fostering client relationships Demonstrating leadership through creating collaborative relationships and successfully delivering projects Property Management The Candidate To be considered, you will be a highly motivated Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) with a successful background in asset management.
