Overview
Working in the Partnership Division, you will be responsible for coordinating various functions to ensure developments are efficiently managed, focusing on a project which is at Stage 2 of development and working to create over 2,500 new homes. You will be responsible for the progress and procurement of new developments through the technical, legal, planning, financial and sales stages from securing the project to project completion. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting project over the medium term with a good pipeline of projects for the longer term. This would suit someone with a strong financial or planning background, and coming from a developer background, housing association or from a regeneration team within a consultancy looking to move client-side.
