157044 Business Development Manager Sector: Professional Services Salary: £28-32,000 basic, OTE £50-60,000 Location: Central London Selling a PR and Investor Relations Management tool Based in Canary Wharf, with an emphasis on meeting clients face to face A new business focused role, selling into SME's and corporate clients Sales lead organisation who reward sales ability & hard work with money & progression The Role: As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to sell across existing and prospective clients over the phone and face to face. The Business Development Manager will meet & close business with SME's and larger corporations and will be tasked with selling to senior decision makers within Marketing, PR & Communications departments. This market leading business needs a highly motivated new business professional to sell across their product portfolio. The Company: Having acquired a range of market leading businesses over the past 5 years, this business has now brought all offerings under one umbrella, meaning the successful sales applicant can offer a robust & comprehensive suite of products & services. As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: Generating leads, arranging meetings & closing business with C-Level professionals and senior decision makers. Managing a sales cycle of between 1-3 months. For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Experience in B2B Hungry for the opportunity to pitch both over the phone and face to face in meetings Entrepreneurial, confident and self-motivated.
