Trainee Recruitment Researcher - No Business Development Sustain Talent is representing a very unique junior/ entry level opportunity within the corporate recruitment industry. What is on offer is not a traditional trainee 360 sales recruitment position. We are seeking a unique type of applicant, one that takes pride in providing exemplary customer service and an outstanding candidate experience. My client has been established since the 1970’s and is one of UK’s leading professional services recruitment firms. They operate globally with over 40 international offices and over 800 staff - they have been known to be one of UKs biggest recruitment success stories. Based in the heart of London city, my client is urgently seeking a bright and articulate graduate calibre trainee to be personally trained and managed by the Head of Strategy for this large corporate organisation. We would at this point like to make clear, this is a "RESEARCHER" opportunity and the purpose of the role is to market map, search, represent high calibre international candidates and manage their recruitment journey. This opportunity does not require business development and cold calling which is often associated with most trainee recruitment roles. Instead this position focuses on high level market research and communicating with extremely senior, high profile candidates (base salaries between £100 -300,000) and learning to head hunt for some of the most demanding strategic corporate positions for blue chip organisations globally. The ideal applicant would be a post graduate with strong academics and brilliant customer service experience, looking to take their first steps into the world of corporate recruitment and to be managed by a seasoned, award winning manager who offers 1-2-1 coaching, flexibility, trust, and genuinely cares about your career development.
